Living in Los Angeles, I had heard about Barry's Bootcamp fitness studio in West Hollywood. I was tired of my own mundane workout with little to no results so I decided to give Barry Jay's class a try. When I arrived I saw people from the previous class soaked in sweat. I knew I was in store for a rigorous workout. I was not disappointed. I had never sweated so much in my life! It was the best workout I had ever had. During my class, I also saw a few big time Hollywood stars. I signed up for additional classes and started to loose weight and inches all in the right spots. I also gained strength! I love love love love love this workout!! I like many people hate going to the gym, and working out at home has always been more appealing to me. I saw the infomercial and it looked like fun! It is fun! I've lost two inches in two weeks off my waist, and an inch off my hips! This is the only thing that has honestly worked for me! I'm starting to have definition my abs!
