Help my wifes back.
My wife was having back pain and could not sleep at night. She been using this for a couple of weeks now and has had a decrease in pain and is able to sleep. 2008-07-25
Helps a lot with back pain.
My lower back would tighten up and it would be painful to sit for a long time. I ordered the table to see if it would help. When I tried it, I had immediate results. My back loosened up and the pain was gone. I also noticed that after using the machine, I would also slouch less. The entire structure is very stable and I haven't had any problems with it yet. I did have an issue with installing it though. One of the holes was not drilled properly so I had to drill a hole in the right area so that I could assemble it. If you have weak ankles or sensitive skin, I recommend wearing socks when fully inverted. 2008-07-21
Wish I would have used the Ironman table years ago!
My wife and I recently purchased the Ironman 1000 from Amazon and received it in less than a week. Assembly was easy and the machine is very solidly built. My wife and I had experienced lower back pain, before getting the Ironman, and had been to the chiropractor a few times for adjustments. I have also had a pinched nerve in my left leg for about 3-4 months. I am 51 years old and have noticed after using the Ironman for less than a week have gained 3/8 of an inch in height. Our backs feel great and no longer have the pinched nerve problem. We now feel that we have more freedom of movement without pain and our backs are getting back to normal. Iron Man Inversion Table
My husband was suffering from sciatica and my daughter has a herniated disk L4/L5. After only a week on this table both are feeling releif. You do have to build up your stomach, you do get queezy, to handle hanging upside down. You increase your hang time a few mins each time your on the table. If you have a very weak stomach this might not be for you. You have to be able to get thru having blood rush to your head while hanging. This is a learned technique. The table is extremely sturdy and made of high quality materials. We saw this same table at Dick's Sporting Goods for $100 more. I had the table at my door in 3 days. It took approx 30 mins to put together. Tools were included. 2008-07-07
Good Buy
I purchased this item after looking at several others. The only thing that I do not like about it is that the foot holder is not overly comfortable. After trying one twice as expensive, I thought this one had better handles and made it easy to use. It was just as comfortable everywhere but the foot holder, but I have to say that I also have a bad foot, so that doesn't help. The instructions weren't the easiest to follow, but we got it together. 2008-06-29
