Ironman Gravity 1000 Inversion Table

I purchased this item after lower back surgery and persistent pain. After reading many reviews and comparing products/prices I purchased this model. I have to say for an inversion table is great quality and does seem to help. Some of the other reviews made complaint about the ankle holders, but I found it to be fine considering what it does (hang you upside down). I don't think there is any way for that to be comfortable! Anyway, I do recommend this product!

This is a sturdy product for the money. The only thing I didn't like was that they made it sound like it was easy to fold up and put out of your way. When in realty you have to take it apart to be able to store it when your not using it.

The Ironman Gravity 1000 Inversion Table was exactly what I was looking for! Originally, I selected an inversion table from a local sporting goods store with terrible results. The inversion table was more expensive than the Ironman 1000 and more heavy duty construction. However, it was more than twice as complicated to put together and the quality control was terrible. I had to send for additional parts which the company charge a fee and the additional parts did not fit. I finally returned it to the local sporting goods store for a full refund, and started the search over. My wife found the Ironman 1000 online and after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. It was significantly easier to put together and I have been using it daily for the past month with dramatic results. I remain very active, golf, tennis, rollerblading, etc. and spend an hour a day working out. Yet, I still had back problems. With the addition of the Gravity 1000, I have been 100% better with my back problems. I couldn't be more pleased with my results. Thank you Ironman.

How do you spell relief?....Inversion!....I've only had this table for a short time, but when I use it I feel relief from my body pains immediately....It actually feels good to have the blood run to my head. I feel enlongated when I get off the table..With all the years of gravity, it's nice to give the old body some relief. My lower back and sciatic bother me a lot, but since I've been using this table, it has really helped to alleviate the pain. I would highly recommend this table to people who suffer from lower back pain...

I have buldging L4 and L5 and have tried 1. Pain Relief specialist.
2. Orthopedic Specialist who referred me to Physical Therapy. Both failures. 3. Was to be surgery. A chance meeting with a person with a similar condition directed me to a Chiropractor and this wonderfur Inversion Table. it's been about 6 weeks and I cannot beleive the improvement. I had literraly given up Skeet Shooting because of the pain of swinging and the recoil. I'm already shooting again and without pain. Thanks again for a great peice of equipment
