Deceiving packaging
I ordered this and expected a box ith 4 DVD's and all the material shown in the picture. However, the only thing that came was one box with 4 DVD's. Nothing else. If you are a person who shops by looking at the picture and expects to get what you see, don't. You get one box with all 4 DVD's. I think it could of been packaged better to reflect what you actually get. 2008-05-30
Fun and healthy
I've been dancing to Core Rhythms for 4 weeks now and love it! It isn't easy and I felt spastic at first but I am catching on and getting better every day. I have lost 4lbs and 1 inch around my waist. I started following the diet plan 1 week ago and found that I am eating more and losing more weight. I was eating so much I thought that I had gained but to my suprised I lost 3lbs in 1 week. I use the DVD at least 3x per week and wish I had time for more. 2008-04-28
Not what I thought
The DVD skipped and was poor quality. It was distracting to watch the woman in the back dancing the entire time you are trying to learn the steps. And they do the exact moves just faster throughout all 4 DVD's. It was hard to order on their web site, which was poorly organized. I feel as though they put a DVD together, paid a lot for marketing on television and used celebrities to profit from.
I would not recommend this product.

Love it!
I read up about this and read that many people were having problems with ordering from their website, so I ordered it from amazon. My kit came with 4 DVD. The interactive Kick Start, Latin Dancing Made Easy, Quick Workout, and Full. I have only tried the Kick Start. It's 3 ten minute sessions that really focus on showing you the 3 core moves. I broke a sweat! I really feel it in my abs so far! I haven't tried any of the other DVD's because I want to do the kick start a few more times to really get the moves down before starting the real workout! I'm so excited! 2008-01-19
