Worthless
This product is garbage. There is not much for me to say about it. The rollers are designed to "massage" your back. Two of the rollers didn't even touch my back (I am 6', 180 lbs). The ones that did actually were very uncomfortable and definitely didn't give me a massage. Using the product felt awkward and uncomfortable as well but I kept with it for 4 months. After 4 months, there was zero difference with my abs. The meal plan it comes with is cheap and worthless as well. I believe this product is an attempt to jump on the health craze, regardless of whether it actually works. There may be a lot of "gimmicky" ab machines out there that actually work, but unfortunately this isn't one of them. 2008-11-07
Great way to strengthen the abdominal
I use it about 3 X a week. It's improved my golf game, helped me lose about 2 inches around the waist and feel better. 2008-11-02
DON'T BUY - IF YOUR WEIGHT OVER 150 LBS
I'M SURE THIS IS A NICE PRODUCT, IF YOUR A FEATHER WEIGHT! BUT IF YOUR OVER 200 LBS OR MORE, EVEN THE STRONGEST SPRING THEY SUPPLY WILL NOT HELP WITH YOUR SIT UPS! I AM 66 YEARS OLD, 6'1", 240 LBS AND IT DOES NOT FUNCTION AS ADVERTISED FOR ME. IN ORDER FOR ME TO USE IT AT ALL, I HAVE TO POSITION THE BACK SO IT REST ON EITHER A CHAIR OR THE SOFA. SO IF YOUR MY SIZE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR (AS I AM DOING, BY DIETING AND TREAD MILL USE) LOOSE ABOUT 40 LBS!!!!!! 2008-10-31
Works Well
Bought this device a few weeks ago. It does take a bit to get used to. Your body must get accustomed to the movement but after a few times doing the crunches you will no longer have any difficulties AND it does work, that is for sure. The Rocket is durable too. The top head rest was a little awkward for me as I am over 6 foot tall. All I did was wrap an old towel around it and it works fine. I would recommend this product. 2008-10-14
Easy to do
I was visiting my cousin over the summer and he had the Ab Rocket. I tried it because I find setups and crunches bother my back and neck. With the Ab Rocket I get the support I need and I saw a difference in two weeks. I am not too tired when finished
