Worthless
I bought the bodylastics version of this one, which I notice they do not sell now! The reviews were just outstanding on the system like this one. It is about as worthless as...well you know the old saying! I used the things twice, not a good workout, feels awkward, not enough tension, slips out from under your feet, hard to use good/proper form. The system I bought was supposed to be one of the best on here - at a price of $49.95! If the one I bought was better than this one, then you will be so sorry if you waste your money! Just stick to the old-fashioned way of using weights! 2008-01-21
great product
Great portable gym. Mine broke a snap after one week but I repaired it with some wire. It was kinda my fault, I was using it outside in 30 degree weather and it was too cold for the plastic. Lesson learned. I still use it at least every other day and it goes with me to work. The answer if you have a busy life style and have to miss the gym sometimes. 2007-12-22
good add on to workout
This is so simple and easy to use. It is a great way to keep toned without a lot of equipment and costs so little. I could not believe how this enhanced my program. 2007-11-12
Helps me on the Road

This great product offers a fast, easy, safe and reliable FULL-BODY work out, and really helps to tone leg, arm and back muscles, while building power and endurance.
Easy to use, with a handy picture-guide and DVD with instructions, workouts, circuits, and tips.
In my opinion, you can perform *almost* the same full-body workouts with these sturdy resistance bands, as you can with much, much more expensive (larger, heavier,) exercise machines.
