Awesome ankle wrist weights
These are so versitile that you have alot of use for them. You can adjust the weights to the weight you can tollerate, and build yourself up. I would recommend these to anyone. 2008-10-13

Great Weights
Of course they're heavy--they're weights! That's what you bought them for. I am the skinniest person you've ever met, and they fit pretty well. Sure, they might slip a tiny bit as you move, but you can adjust them much more easily than other brands' weights. The off-brand weights I use at physical therapy slip from my ankles to my knees. These Valeo weights that I use at home slip maybe an inch. The velcro holds very well and makes them easy to take on and off. They're a good bargain, too. 2008-10-12

I thought the Valeo ankle and Wrist weights are very affordable and great to use when you're trying to exercise. They were on time and i couldn't sa anything else except for thanks and keep up the good work. 2008-09-06
These things are awesome!!
I love them. Before I bought them I was worried about these being a little to heavy for my skinny ankles. I am 5' 4" and 112 pounds and love them. I used my dads weights kind of like these but older version and what an improvement these are from those. Nice soft material that fit snuggly. Perfect for kick boxing excersices and getting that perfect tush. 2008-08-24
