Lifeline Power Up Chin Ups

I don't know how they did it, but these things really hold you up and create a perfect pull on your door. Pull ups are essential to building body strength and these handles are perfect. Amazing!

These are very small and compact and can fit in a laptop bag for travel. I have used them on many different styles of doors including those cheap hollow doors used in most homes. I have had no problems whatsoever on any doors so far. Highly recommend for traveling or just for someone at home who does not have access to chinup bar. These work fine for forward or reverse grip and you can obviously move them for close or wide grip (limited only by width of the door).

Make sure you have a 3-hinged door, and do the pull-ups on the side where you can't see the hinges of the door. Having so much pressure on the side with the hinges could cause the door to break. I'm pretty light for my age (115 lbs.) but I noticed the top right corner of my door bending inwards during my pull-up. Thus, I found it to be safer if I did it on the side where you couldn't see the hinges.

I've got to give these credit though. They look really flimsy, but they are really actually very durable, and will definitely keep you up (no need to worry about the straps breaking, and you falling... as long as you have a tight grip with your hand, and a strong 3-hinged door, you'll be fine).

The handle bars are great for chin ups. Don't let the picture fool you, doing chin ups off the door felt totally natural and my biceps get completely blown! The setup takes less than 5 seconds and can be moved anywhere just as quickly. Also, Lifeline included a free jump rope and push up bars. I don't care for the push up bars (doesn't have a good grip), but the the jump rope is great! But the chin up bars alone make it more than worth the price.

I wanted something I could do pull-ups on that was not permanently in place. I found that none of the pull-up bars that said they go in a doorway would work with the doors in my house. This was my last resort. Not only was it super inexpensive, but it fits in literally any door. It's also portable and super-light so I can do pull-ups anywhere I go. You can do pull-ups and chin-ups with these and can space them differently to work different muscles. Lifeline, the guys who sell it, even sent me some free push-up handles and a jump rope when I bought it. I was super impressed.
