I Have An Original Pair That Are At Least 15+ Years Old
I have owned a pair of HEAVYHANDS now for over 15 years and I absolutely swear by them. I use them primarily as a separate method of exercising and strengthening my punching skills. I did have to obtain a heavier weight than what they originally came with, I think they are at 4 lbs. now, and I was very glad to see that they have come out with even heavier attachments.
I have found that my punches are stronger and I have more endurance when hitting focus mitts and the heavybag, and a lot of that I attribute to the use of the HEAVYHANDS when I am practicing my punches in the air and shadowboxing. A note of caution; do not punch with full force and be sure and stop your punches before you hyperextend your arm. If you don't, you will end up with some injuries.
