Softone size issue
I really like the softone wrist weight, but I feel they should be offered in different sizes. They don't fit around my wrist. I slide them over a bottle after I use them to help stretch them out. I slide them over my hand and basically carry them. They are still easier to use that the type that have to be straped on. 2008-08-31

These are the best wrist weights because they do not stretch like most other brands. This is the only brand I recommend for my exercise class. Not for your wrist
everyone keeps saying they are to tight for a normal wrist. When I got these I realised they are not meant to be worn but rather held. Seperate your hand as if you are putting on mittens slip your fingers through now make a fist. This is how I use them when I excersize and I find it works really well. 2007-11-14
It's fine
It's fine. It does what i bought it for -- minimal resistance on my arms when im working out. It's a little itchy though. 2007-10-21
good... but cant wear it for long
This is easy to use... But for some reason they are too tight(I think to hold them in place). if you wear it too long, you might get a little uncomfortable. 2007-10-18
