Chinese torture!
Nothing against the Chinese but this thing hurts like ....! It seems OK, maybe a little cheap but decent for the price, but the ankle grips hurt so bad you can't use it more then a couple minutes! 2008-12-12
Stamina Inversion Table
The Stamina Inversion table arrived within a week of ordering. It took 15 minutes to assemble without any problems. The frame is well built and within 20 minutes I was hanging from my feet and hearing the first pop in my back. Comparing this machine to other 'under $200 tables', it is a very good value. 2008-10-28
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, finally!
When my table arrived, I couldn't wait for my husband to get home to assemble it. Turned out I didn't have to, it went together without a hitch. From the first use, I could feel a release of pressure in my spine that I hadn't felt in years. I took one star off since no matter how I adjust the height and foot rest, I still have to reach up and pull myself up (if I didn't slip this wouldn't happen). I wear boots so I slip less and can relax my feet, which also reduces the discomfort. I'm happy to deal with a little pressure on my feet in order to experience the euphoric release of pressure on my back, finally! It's amazing how your mood changes when the pain goes away... 2008-10-26
great back relief
Great for your back!! The only problem i encountered was that some screws don't fit well... 2008-10-26
O.K. for the price....but
It's not so easy to get on and off of, and it's uncomfortable on the tops of my feet and ankles; even with shoes and calf length socks. I first tried the more expensive ones made by Teeter. They were less awkward to get on and off of, and the ankle supports are much more comfortable. I figured I'd take my chances on this one at half the price. I don't regret buying it, but just wish I hadn't been so eager to save the difference. It helps my back, but I think it would help more if I could stay suspended longer. The discomfort limits me to about five minutes. 2008-09-30
