Healthrider Inversion Table System

Its not what I expected Its veryo complicated to put together and it does not feel sturdy enough. I am afraid of flipping over and breaking my neck.
But it does feel good to be in the inverted position...

The Healthrider is an extremely solid, substantial machine -- not something to fold up and stash away in a closet. It needs a suitable space, since once assembled it is extremely challenging to move without partial disassembly

It is also challenging to assemble in the first place, though it all went together properly at last, depite some small alignment issues. Logically packaged, but by no means simple or puzzle-free.

Our one reservation is that inadequate provision has been made for uprighting yourself from a steep inversion. Considerable strength is required to hoist oneself back to the horizontal with the existing handles, though from there it's clear sailing.

The price was very fair, though Fedex did not follow through on its promised delivery, offloading it to an unidentified local carrier who brought it a day late and was ill-equipped to handle such a heavy carton. But this was of course not the vendor's fault and overall, delivery was remarkably prompt.

My inversion table arrived as scheduled. It took me over two hours to put together. No missing parts or hardware and the instructions were easy to follow. One Mark Down was that the Leg support bracket and the Leg frame were off center when in the up right position (off by 1"). The Leg Frame is adjustable depending on the users height. You may need to try differant setting to get the best balance. This make it easier to invert and upright yourself without using much arm strength. I started using my table right away. While inverted the ankle supports felt good. No ankle pain or discomfort. If have a history of back pain/injury you should take it slow and easy at the start. On my second time of use I was inverted at 30 digress for 20 minutes. While inverted, I felt good (no pain/discomfort). When I tried to upright myself, I had severe back pain. It took me about five minutes of going back and forth to get myself to the upright postion. After that I needed another five minutes to release my ankles from the ankle support. The problem with the leg support release was that I was in so much pain. I could not reach down to pull the release. After that experience I attached a leather belt to the release handle and keep the other end of the belt at easy reach. Other than that I am satisfied with this product and continue to use it. I cannt say that it has improved my back pain or that there has been a remarkable differance. But I can say that I enjoy using this inversion table.

This system looks to be the same as the Weider Club Inversion System but with prettier colors. I bought the Weider for the $229.00 shipped, but now it's more expensive now for whatever reason.

This is a nice machine and sturdy. My friend has a different companies and it feels pretty flimsy in comparison. Assembly took about 3-4 hours and a ratchet and sockets (17mm and 13mm) and a couple of wrenches are very handy. No torque specs provided for bolts, so be careful not to over tighten certain bolts or screws.

The back relief is evident the first couple of times I use it. I can immediately look over my left shoulder without the normal neck pain I've had lately. Be sure to follow instructions for use.

Great product. Excellent quality. Well built. Got it home, unpacked and found it to be pretty simple to assemble with TWO people. One of the parts had holes drilled in the wrong place, an Ankle Brace Tube (secures the padded rear portion of the ankle brace). It works, but not completely right. SO, I called the Customer service dept, explained my situation, and was told they would send the new part for $5.99 handling. NO WAY. I told them this is not a warranty problem it a Quality Control problem. I was put on hold and then informed I had the wrong department for this machine. HUH??? I called the # on the user's manual. So I called the new # I was given and went through it all again. Including the $5.99 part of the conversation. Again! NO WAY... and again I was put on hold and then was told they were waiving the service charge this one time. So I WON!!!! Whoops...Not so quick... The part is on back order. Sure...RIGHT!!!!
Great machine though. I got major pain relief after only 4-5 minutes the first time, even with my right ankle a little lop sided. BUY ONE! Just hope all your parts are right. BYE! I gotta go drill some holes now.
