The stand arrived on time with all the parts. Assembly was fairly straightforward and required crescent wrenches to tighten the bolts. Placing the handles for pull-ups proved the most challenging, but I finally got them configured correctly with extra effort. Although the stand moves a little when it is in use, it has adequate stability during use. It provides a wide range of exercises using body weight for resistance that gives me a good upper body workout in the convenience of home. It is proving to be a good product for the money. 2008-11-24
half way decent product
The station went together fairly easily, but I am pretty mechanically minded. while the pull up part of the station works well, the stand itself is a bit shakey for dips. the whole thing like vibrates and shakes while performing this exercise. otherwise, it is a good deal for the money. 2008-10-06
Dude, you will love this
This thing was bigger than I thought. Im 6'1 and it is perfect, there is enough clearance for my legs too. Before assembly, you have to determine which screws are A, B, and so on. You do this by measuring the screw (using millimeters). The only mistake I made was putting the grips on the handle BEFORE installing the handle. It is HELL to take off if you made that mistake. I made it twice, ha. The handle moves up for ab excercises, and down for dips. The grips aren't very comfortable though. My hand is one huge callus. There are 2 screws that came up short, (I had to buy longer replacements.) Overall, I would give this product 4.5 start. You will not regret it. It is very sturdy. Even my dad comes in the room once in a while to stretch on this station. And he weights 190 pounds. 2008-09-28
good exercise machine
For those who want to build a home gym, this machine has all what you need and for the prize is a most have. I shop around and compared with similar machines. The different types of exercise that you can do and the space that uses in my basement worked perfectly for me. I dont rate 5 stars because there are other machines that offer more than this one but again the prize is right plus I got free shiping! Amazon took care of me. 2008-09-05
Great product great price
This product is excellent. Its very sturdy. It is manufactured well. All the parts were there. Nice little neat instruction\construction manual. Only minor defect was aesthetic and i have touch up paint for that. I chose it because of the option of doing the close grip pull-ups i have another pull-up bar for wide grip. If working out is something your serious about doing you cant beat this product. 2008-07-23
