Tough like Chuck...
As irritating as I find Chuck Norris to be personally, his excersize equipment is pretty solid.
I like this peice of equipment! I can totally feel the burn, and see my flat screen from the same angle.
Thank you, chuck! (Seriously, the equipment is easy to assemble, easy to put away when you need the space, great mechanisms of movement on the gliding platform... it glides around with alot of ease, AND you can see your flat screen and watch Little Brittain while you work it!)

Total Gym 1100- Great Product!! Great Price
This is a great product. It does just as it claims. Works every muscle in only 20 minutes with only 2 basic exercises(included in the booklets that you get with the machine), one for the upper body and one for the lower body. I love this machine! Only thing that I did not like about the machine is storing it. If your bed is very low to the floor, this machine will not fit unless you take the seat off first. Also, it is quite heavy and takes up a lot of room if you live in a small space. I would recommend leaving the machine up all the time instead of trying to store it. It's less of a hassel. 2008-10-31
A great product!
I purchased the Total Gym 1100about six weeks ago (prior to writing this review). For anyone who does not get much physical exercise, I highly recommend this item. It is very practical for me to use since I do not live very close to a public health club. The product is pretty simple--to me, one of its biggest benefits--but, it targets all of the major muscle groups. After a simple 20 to 30 minute daily workout on this machine, I can honestly say I feel quite pumped up!
I will say, the Total Gym 1100 was not quite as quick and easy to set up as what the Chuck Norris comercial claims it is. Still, this is only a very minor fault. Overall, a VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED product; and, in the longer run, more economical than using a public gym or health club!

Easy to use, easy to set up, very good workout system...chuck norris was right when he said 6-8 mins is a great workout lol. The excerise booklet is very helpful and shows you all of the machines abilities. This unit is very easy to store away and is used now by my whole family (wife and son who is 6) No pesky weights or BS here just your own body weight is used for friction. Great workout in 6-8 mins a day. Best excerise machine I have ever used. Great price worth every penny. 2008-09-28
