Bowflex 310 rods
I needed to spread the usage of the 50 marked rods during workout. So I decided to purchase this 2nd set, allowing me to use 1 set for upper body, the 2nd set for lower body.
So far, all has worked well.

exactly as described. Did not include instructions but was no problem. You simply insert into the open holes on your bowblex power rod assembly, make sure the grove is lined up on the base of the power rods with the grove in the assembly, install screw, and it is done. 2008-08-28

If you use your bowflex at all, it won't be long before you need these. 210 lbs seems like a lot but I think "bowflex pounds" are a bit lighter than regular pounds. :) One word of warning: I would order these at the same time you order a bowflex. Otherwise the 50lb rods included in the bowflex will be "softened up" and these will seem disproportionately strong. Get these and alternate which 50lb set you use so they both "soften" at the same rate. 2008-08-01

Original equipment wasn't enough so these rods were ordered, delivered in a timely fashion and easily installed (5 minutes, one screwdriver). They are identical to the original rods and the same cost as if I had bought them through Bowflex, which no longer carries them. 2008-07-07
