Best workout ever!
At age 63 this rowing machine even for a few minutes is a great workout. I have had it for over a month now and use it every day, increasing the amount of time gradually. It works my heart and lungs, arms, shoulders, chest, back, abs and legs. It feels so good to watch my stamina increase weekly. I am very glad I bought it. It's a good deal at the price! 2008-12-01
Good machine for home
Well built. Easy to assemble. I really get a nice at home workout with this machine. (You have to wear good sturdy shoes or sneakers and strap your feet in well in order to get a good workout) 2008-11-29

less than expected from Amazon
The machine arrived in a timely manner however, it appeared to be a returned item as the packaging was damaged and had lots of tape on it. The pieces were thrown in the box. The display mount was bent but not enough to warrent the hassle of a return. The overall machine function is fair, the display operation is not well thought out(no on/off). All in all, having dealt with Amazon for a number of years, I really expected more. 2008-10-01
Hard Seat But Easy to Use
The assembly instructions worked for my husband and he had all the parts/tools that he needed in the package and the parts were in good shape when they arrived. I found this rowing machine easy to use. I had never used one before. I usually use an elliptical machine, but wanted something to work on my "batwings" and "back bags". My first work out was lite - only 15 minutes. The only negative thing that I have to say is that the seat chapped my butt crack. I can laugh now, but at the time I discovered the blood, I thought that I was having a severe health issue. When I discovered what had happened and the cause, I began shopping around for a seat pad. I see that other people have had the seat discomfort issue and have resorted to some sort of padding. This is something to consider when purchasing this rowing machine. Overall, I think this machine is a good value for the money. 2008-09-30
