It was easy to put together--my husband and his brother did it in about 30 minutes. My bedroom is small but it fits in there and I love it!! Easy workout but you definitely feel it. Great machine and great price. 2008-11-11
good way to stretch and exercise.
This is a smooth, non jarring way to exercise and stretch your muscles. I have had 3 knee surgeries and this helps me stay limber. I use it just before going to bed, and it helps my restless legs stay still. 2008-10-14
Awesome and easy work out!
I bought one of these several years ago but an injury caused me to pause its use. I gave it to me daughter in law and realized a week later I couldn't live with out it!! I put on a rocking,blasting CD and work to the beat! It's portable and able to be folded for eay storage! 2008-10-09
Not an expensive Coat Hanger
1) easy to assemble
2) fits in a mini cooper (had to pick this up from the UPS store)
3) gives you a great cardio workout without tearing up your knees, and for all the females out there....your chest won't be sore later either.
